    This is the best Chinese/American food I've ever had. It's definitely a far cry from the bland food you will get from other places. I tried to convince the owners to make something authentic, but they lack the ingredients. Maybe with more convincing from others?

    Until they bother to help the customers with online ordering I will never eat here again. Total shame as they are less than a mile from my home. I was told several times (it's coming) and yet it never happens. The food here is NOT bad at all and the staff is friendly. I just hate that they make it difficult for their customers. I am going to spend my money with those who make my life easier with online ordering. From what I understand I have a new one coming soon so that might be the fix! Sorry, China Express, but online ordering is not a NEW concept.

    Good food at times but customer service is HORRIBLE. They hang up on you and don’t let you talk to get the order out. Should hire someone that speaks proper English because it seems to frustrate them when customer can’t understand them. I have had this problem several times and tried to overlook it because I understand it is hard learning another language but today was the final straw. Very bad customer service, no longer will I support them.

    My friend and I were eating and enjoying our food when all of a sudden a roach comes crawling on the wall beside us. From that point I was disgusted and could not finish my food so I left my food there for the roach to enjoy. Also the service really isn’t good. I kept getting cut off when ordering and he totaled my order before I was finished ordering.
